Thrilled to share that I've graduated from the RAW Athlete program led by the insightful Lindsay! It’s actually packed with really useable stuff!

(I was mentally prepared to leave before the first class, as soon as if Tik Tik dance lessons were offered.)

Very practical and nail-hitting courses cooperated with the USOPC to help Olympic and Paralympic athletes like me: quick-firing, workshops, brain-storming, hands-on stuff, you name it.

RAW has been very valuable in helping us authentically share our stories, and mostly, all while staying true without selling our souls! 😉

Lindsay has a remarkable ability to help intensely focused Olympians and Paralympians like me to gain perspectives from within, like how Michelangelo has the ability to set sculptures free from raw marbles.
